Why does my kingdom refuse to make peace with anybody?

We’re literally at war with the entire world and we just received two offers for peace from Sturgia and the Aserai and my kingdom denies both of them? It doesn’t matter if I triple vote yes because most of the lords are opposing anyway. Why?
