what is the normal price for a lords loyalty

It’s my first playthrough and I just have started a kingdom, I recruited my first lord for 40K, then the second one costed me a whopping 450K, and the third one also wanted a 400K, but after a few minutes into war dropped his price to 102K. What affects that price and what is the normal price for a lords clan?
