Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Rough game outline/guide?

I have 61 hours in. I'm loving the game. I started a million campaigns and re started because I was getting captured way too much. My last 2 campaigns I had over 20 hours in but I reset because I started warring way too early (I'm assuming) my party size was 200 and I had 700k denars... but all of my renown I got from cheesing big battles. I also executed all who stood in my way. Everyone hates me and I have no lords or clans in my kingdom. Just me and one of my companions that I promoted. So what's a good gameplan? Level up and have relation levels at 100 with a few clans before starting wars? Will the smaller clans join me then? I'm going to restart again and will spend some time with these bandits and such. Any help would be nice. Thanks in advance.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
