Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up charm for family members?

Does anyone know what beta is best used with the latest version carrier banners mod?

I've been try so hard to make it work lol. I've also tried so many ways to add ROT mod to the modules list for bannerlord however it never works or doesn't show up in the mod list. Kinda gave up on it.
