I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? No Unsourced News Articles/Bannerlord Updates
News articles which refer to Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord without direct and trustworthy sources for their information are not allowed on the subreddit. Always link to the source of the information unless the article in question adds significantly to the material in question. Bannerlord updates, through the form of text or video, are not allowed on the subreddit without prior moderator approval. These types of posts commonly add little to the discussion and feature incorrect information.
You may have noticed a post recently linking to a Weibo (A Chinese Microblogging site) post alleging a 2018 release date for Bannerlord. This was claimed to be the "Official Taleworlds Weibo account" allegedly under the administration of the Taleworlds staff. The post garnered 4200 views and lots of consternation directed at Taleworlds.
The post stayed up on the grounds that it would be considered sufficiently sourced if it was indeed the official TW Weibo account. Given the site is in Mandarin and the mods are limited to English and Swamp-German this was hard to personally verify.
Rather helpfully, our resident (verified) Taleworlds PR staff, Callum, has stated that Taleworlds has NO official Weibo account. The post has since been removed.
We would like to take this opportunity to reiterate our commitment to Rule 9 and against spreading potentially incendiary rumors. We understand the frustration of the wait but there is no need to build false expectations and undergo further unnecessary disappointment. There have been a variety of unsourced posts alleging to have "insider information" all pointing to mutually exclusive outcomes, and they have been summarily removed.
