im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Starting modding

So if a person with a programming base wanted to start making mods for the game is there a resource he could look at to get more information about how to get started and what api (if there is one) calls he can make.
