Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Diplomacy auto loot problems

I am playing the standalone diplomacy mod in warband but for some reason whenever i try to upgrade equipment, my companions get rid of their shields and weapons while still keeping the upgraded armour and horses. I was wondering if anyone has experienced this or has found a fix?
