i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Enterprises

How do enterprises work and how do you get them? Why should you get them. I have seen in the Nova Aetus mod that you have to become an apprentice and then make a masterpiece. Is this needed in the Diplomacy mod? Help me.
