Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. Can't get Medieval Conquests to run smoothly/playably

Yeah I know playably isn't a word but it works.

So, basically I've tried downloading MC from Nexus & from Steam. The thing is the game takes a fucking eon to launch and then is so slow in the main menu (in terms of moving the mouse & response after clicking) it makes the game basically unplayable for me.

Now, my computer is pretty respectable and I've run virtually every other M&B smooth as can be, so anyone know whats up? I really was looking forward to an improved 1257AD experience.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
