[PoP] So, doing another play through, and want to make a Winged Hussar style CKO. Any recommendations?

I made a Noldor copy CKO on my last Pendor playthrough, and while it was fun, I’d like to try something different. Seeking for inspiration, I struck upon the massively badass Winged Hussars. So, how should I best go about making a Hussar style knighthood order?
