What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? Couple of TLD questions

So started playing TLD yesterday and it is fucking awesome(reached day 88). Standing with your elven archers and just mowing down orcs and goblins almost gives me a stiffy. I have a few questions though

1) How do I increase party size quicker? I'm currently at 55 so I'm fairly strong, but I will still get crushed if I try to take on any of the evil lords as they outnumber me 4-6 to 1 and I end up with me and 16 guys vs 120 enemies. My dudes are good, but not that good... Seeing as in native you get party increase from renown but there is no renown here, so how?

2) Can I urge my faction to go siege someone? Right now Moria is kinda buggered, but I can't start a siege. I think if Lothlorien(my faction) and Imladris went together we could wipe them out. Any way to make this happen?

3) Is there a way to make my fellow Lords stronger? Is recruiting volunteers and then giving them to my Lords the only way? Will they get stronger if we remove Moria from the face of the earth?

4) To the devs: WHY THE FUCK DID YOU ADD SPIDERS, YOU FUCKING ASSHOLES!!!!!!

Other than point 4, love the mod.
