Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Which are the coolest weapons/armors in mods you've seen?

For me, top 1 has to be Pendor's plate armor with either the Lion emblem or Dragon emblem or neither, it just feels both real and good while being badass as fuck.

Up next, A New Dawn's Advanced Steel Plate and the other similar looking suit. Why you ask? BECAUSE DRAGON AGE ORIGINS! I wish i'd see these two sets in more mods. Hell, I wish there was a mod with heavy badass armor with a fur collar and long cloak.

Weapons would be a tough choice. Though for me, it boiled down to two swords at the end.

Dragon's Tooth from PoP. This just screams BADASS. Can't give enough props for the guy who made this.

Up next, Perisno's Kingslayer sword, again, badass as hell and large, I love one handers which are big as fuck. (I blame Berserk for this).

I chose to stick to two, you guys and gals name how many you want. :)

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
