[AWOIAF] Enlisted in the army of a dead lord

So I was enlisted in Robb Stark's army and while I was doing some tournaments in Essos during a leave I got the red wedding's quest but I couldn't get there in time before Robb died and all that, so now I'm stuck being enlisted.

The problem is that I just continued with my game after that, did Varys' questline and when Daenerys invaded I couldn't swear allegiance to her because of this.

Is there any way I can fix this? I really hope I'm not the only one that screwed up this much.
