Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. What are the disadvantages to playing as women?

I've been thinking about playing as a woman for the challenge and RP purposes. What exactly are the disadvantages though? I've heard vauge things about difficulties in advancing, what are the exact problems. Like, do you require higher relationship score to befriend lords and lieges?
