What the hell did they do to Fennagan?

Bro used to have 275 in every combat stat and now he has… 50 two handed? 120 athletics? He and Caladog were the gatekeepers of Battanian tournaments, now they’re just battanian recruits with fancy armor. Arwa gutted, Corein gutted, every tournament is weenie hut junior? [PoP] Question with siege reloads

I was defending a very long siege tonight and I was trying to figure out how the arrow refill works. I ended up going through four separate quivers and only twice did they refill on their own. Is there something I should be doing to get it to refill? For the length of the battle, I would have imagined it happening more than twice. Or do only a few kinds refill? 1,000 dead for reference on how long the siege lasted.
