I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. [PoP] Invisible armors and items in 3.9.2

I just got back into the game, updated to 3.9.2, and now some Barclay armors, Ammo for the new firearms and some other armors show up invisible. Any way to fix that without losing save file?
