i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Getting random shader issue: out of video memory error on a GTX 1070 8GB card lol. Halp?

Um yeah so this error tends to happen only when clicking between menus in a town and seemingly at random. I really don't think I'm actually out of video memory..... Especially on menu screens. I have "load textures on demand" on. Oh and I'm running Floris 2.54
