Need some help installing a shader for mount and blade warband.

So i am trying to install realistic shaders: https://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/8784/

But the problem is that when i install reshade it will not launch the game anymore and i have no clue how to use the presets.

Could someone help me with this ?
