Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Governing

Do you guys have any tips on how to fix a town with low loyalty. I know the basics like governor of same culture and some skill tree buffs. But i’m getting tired of taking a city and then ending up losing it to a rebellion. I’ve been looking for a new companion from the empire that has high steward traits but it’s almost impossible to find.
