i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. What difficulty do you play at?

I started the game a couple weeks ago and am still on easy. It is obviously too easy now though as my army will not even lose 1 guy after tangling with 30 sea raiders.

Is winning tournaments possible in higher diff settings? I expect that might be the hardest part.
