"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Arcade Knight

So this mount and blades youtuber by the name of Arcade Knight made some really great content and was my favorite M&B youtuber since he told stories and was so enthusiastic. But then one day he just... Disappeared. He hasn't been active on any social media since July 22. 2017.

So what I'm asking is if anybody knows if he just stopped or something serious happened to him?
