Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How to make a small group effective?

im wondering if theres anyway to not have 100 group armies and just have like 50 but be just as effective. cause i personally dont like having those huge armies but i dont want to just squashed cause of preference
