Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. looking for a mod

I've been doing the arena for a while and I'm kind of tired of not having any stakes, does anyone know if there are any like, gladiator mods or anything that might provide a sense of progression or something, maybe something permadeath?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
