Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. No doubt this has been asked before but.....

What is generally considered the best mod. Doesn't need to be complete overhaul. I have put in a good few hours on vanilla, not managed to rule the world yet but have a good idea about what's what.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
