Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. how to defect and keep fiefs?

so i have the option to vassel with a lord but i only want to do it until i get a fief then i want to make my own faction and keep my properties how would i go about this i know you can do it but when i look to confirm it theres alot of diffrent answers
