Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Widespread epidemic of Deserters across entire map... How to deal with this?

Causing me so much lag when traveling, and taking them one by one will take many many harvests :/
