Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Sth. similar to persistent world

So I had been playing PW for about 3 months and I wanted to play again but sadly i had to figure it out that the player base had been reduced drastically. So I started to find a game similar to that mod, but with bigger player base. Do you know any games like that?

Another question in my head is with bannerlord. Are the devs planning anything like pw in the vanilla game?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
