Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any games where you can be a bad guy?

Rob caravans, desert from the army, raid villages, sell people to slavery, that good stuff. Preferrably with open world and/or RPG systems. Do you know something like this?
And yeah, less talking, more raiding.
