Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. any full conversion mods that doesn't have 100 different factions?

it feels like some of the best mods out there always have like 100+ different factions. Something like gekokujo has like 20+ something factinons and they all sorta feel the same. i know fantasy mods have more unique factions but the number is still kinda overwhelming. Is there anything that's more in line with native number of factions?
