Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. What's the fastest way to recruit for each faction?

As far as I know villages and prisoners are the only way but when I wanna build a 300 man army in vanilla I'm heavily bottlenecked by the limits and randomness of recruiting, AND SOMETIMES THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ONE MAN? I was just wondering if anyone has any tips or a full guide?
