Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Texture pop in

Anyone having increased issues with pop ins recently? Haven't played the game in a while. Started a new playthrough and I've noticed some issues with this that I don't remember before. I've always noticed it a bit but never bothered me until now. The worst is blood on characters during a battle. Literally pops in about 20 metres away. I play with all the graphically settings up to max.
