Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Question about the Rhompalia and which stats to invest in.

So I noticed the Rhompalia is a two handed pole arm and I don’t know whether to invest my stats into two handed or pole arm for this weapon. Sorry if it’s a stupid or old question but I couldn’t find an answer to this. Thanks!
