What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? What happened since Bannerlord was announced

Now that Bannerlord is getting its full release, let's look back at how long it took to get to that point

  • Ubisoft has released 8 Assassin's Creed, one of which was released twice
  • 5 Battlefield games have been released
  • Paradox Development Studio has released 6 games (7 with Vic3 releasing on the same day as Bannerlord) and 61 major DLC
  • Isis rose and fell
  • 24 Marvel movies have been released
  • There has been 3 American presidents
  • Russia has invaded Ukraine, twice
  • Game of Thrones has ended and its prequel has started (last episode of S01 was leaked btw, for those who don't want to wait till Sunday)
  • GTA V was released and remastered
  • Cyberpunk 2077 was announced, released and partially fixed
  • The world has gone through a major pandemic
  • Breaking Bad saw its prequel start and end
  • Elizabeth II died
  • A kid born on the day of the announcement is old enough to play the game
  • Star Citizen is still in early access
  • Winds of Winter is still nowhere to be seen

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
