Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Any idea how persuasion works?

I love this game, is pretty fun and addictive af.

But is pretty frustating that most mechanics arent expalined at all and i have to google to get and idea.

Im tryng to convince some lords to join my new kingdom but keep failing the persuasion check.

I have good relation with them and high charm.

I just want to know how it works.
