Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. quick qeustion

does setting your combat settings to "no deaths" mean just important characters cant die, lords, clan members and companions cant die or literally nobody can die?like regular soldiers because i prefer having important characters not die but iam fine with regular soldiers dying, thx

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
