Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Diplomacy hopes

Obviously with the full release around the corner we are all excited for the future of BL2. One of the main things I'm interested in is how will the dev's improve the diplomacy aspect of the game. I'm curious to hear what you guys think may be added/ what you would like to see added in future patches regarding diplomacy?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
