Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can’t play

So I am not a computer expert but I recently got a new PC built by my cousin. For some reason every time I try and launch banner lord by pressing play. Nothing happens and when I try and force close the game continuously runs. I can play warband so I have no idea what to do?
