Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Policy not increasing party size

As the title says royal guard and mobile retinues have been passed but my party size stayed at 221 after both were passed. I’m the ruler clan and I’m above tier 5.

Unsure if this has to do with having an older save or is this common?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
