Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Policy not increasing party size

As the title says royal guard and mobile retinues have been passed but my party size stayed at 221 after both were passed. I’m the ruler clan and I’m above tier 5.

Unsure if this has to do with having an older save or is this common?
