Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is there a way to make the AI more difficult?

So I've been playing the game for a few months and I only have one issue with the game, the AI is kinda bad. Like in the early game its pretty good you know, they'll actually use good tactics and fight back. Later on though they just go into a corner of the map and do absolutely nothing.

Anyways what i'm asking is, is there any way to make the AI have better tactics.?(I'm also on xbox so mods don't count)
