Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Making your own kingdom

I'm with the western empire and I may have stayed with them to long that they are too powerful. I would like to make my own kingdom tho. What strategy would ya use to not get absolutely wrecked. They also take up most of the middle of the map. I only got 125 thousand denar
