Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Can I not recruit clans without fiefs/factions?

I’ve just crushed the khuzait and was hoping to get 1 or 2 new clans. However, all of the clan leaders don’t even have the dialogue option anymore. I looked online but it sort of seemed like that was fixed and I should be able to recruit them? In conclusion I’m hoping some of you might have a more concrete answer, thanks!

Hopefully I don’t have to load a save
