Intense Bannerlord Testing

Today Bannerlord testing reached a peak of 8 people. They usually only reach about 3. This is clearly indicative of some upcoming big announcement. Any speculation? Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
