I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. I've been trying to dive into MB for a while, I keep starting new campaigns only to be distracted by other games.
I've decided to become familiar with vanilla before I try any mods. It's some thing I know I'll enjoy, and I'm having a blast so far. Unfortunately, I seem to have hit a wall. Im on day 150 and I've been given a village, obviously a terribly placed one, and I've got an enterprise. I'm just breaking even every week, and that's if my village hasn't been raided for the nth time.
I don't really know what to do, my party fluctuates around 30 troops, and I can't get more because of lack of funds and I can't save up money to buy a better enterprise.
Any help would be great
