What's the most DIRE situation you've ever been in?

Took 180 of my men, 40 of them recruits out to start crusading deep into enemy territory.

MFW neutral faction who's land I am travelling through declares war, so I have to fight literally 13 parties of 200+

Each fight we lost some, I went in with 180, left with 40 of my Queens guard. It was fucking brutal. Thankfully my army was pretty elite at the time and we cut through them like butter. unfortunately there was so many, they were one of the strongest factions, but after that they were quickly overtaken by the people who they were at war with, it was pretty cool at the time.
