Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Regarding the use of Mount&Blade footage in ads

Hey everyone, a quick update from the mod team. As you may have seen, lately a lot of people are posting images of ads of a bunch of different mobile games (which I'm not going to name because they don't deserve attention) to the subreddit, because they use screenshots or trailers of Warband and/or Bannerlord. While this might be an interesting occurrence the first time, we are now getting multiple of these posts per day. These posts are not allowed to the subreddit, as the very first rule of /r/mountandblade says:

All Posts Should be Relevant to Mount & Blade:

We do not accept real-world pictures of items, content from other game titles, list/compilation videos, movie scenes, random songs, or anything else of that sort.

So, if you see an ad with M&B footage, and you want to post it, please consider the following:

At least 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 others beat you to the punch lately.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
