Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. In Paradigm Worlds 1.0 how does the Fantasy Magioucracy faction work. Once I recruit troops from the village they can be upgraded?

All I get from the faction Fantasy Magioucracy in Paradigm Worlds is fantasy grunts and they can't be upgraded.
