Need help modding a faction

Soooo I've been thinking of creating a Dhirim faction with it's own troop tree and lords included which is going to be "allied" to Swadia from the start of the game.

The plan is to have an independant "Principality of Dhirim" which controls all of its surroundign castles.

I managed to create an effective ballanced troop tree which is inspired by Byzantine troops. It's split mainly between Spear and Sword&Bow Infantry branches as well as a Cavalry branch.

The only problem I run into is the fact that I still cant mod for shit and, by extension, have absolutly no clue on how to acutally add a new faction. I wanted to know if anyone would be willing to help me make it (if not do that part for me).
