And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]

I've declared my own kingdom, and promptly got my only location taken. I'm trying to retake it, and defenders sally out to meet me. Fight the good fight, but I can't retreat - if I'm knocked out, or in a corner of the map, it says that I can't retreat, there are enemies too close by.
Fight goes on, I lose - it doesn't cut to the defeat screen, just constantly shows the other army cheering. If I try to tab out, it repeats the "Can't retreat when in a fight" message.
Basically, if I try to fight and lose, I have to reset MnB to be able to play again.
