i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. [PoP] my game is having some problems

I have taken all of the baccus empire and now their lords are just standing still in a group close to Cez. Also i had two companions that i turned into lords but now i can’t find any of them. I searched every castle and city of my empire but they’re gone. What is going on?
