i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Cannot play online because I am "ahead of the curb." 1.174

So I have been trying to play the Napoleonic wars module online but every server is running an older version of mount and blade. It says the server is running version 1.157 and that I am running 1.174. Do I have to find a way to revert to an older version to play online? How do I fix this?
